Replacing the DefaultAccelerationStrategy

Let's suppose I add a RapidAccelerationStrategy class that implements the IAccelerationStrategy interface to the MefShapes.AdditionalShapes sample project (the one that gets loaded dynamically through the file menu).  The class looks exactly like the DefaultAccelerationStrategy except that it has a different Acceleration value (I used 11.1 versus 1.1). 

How would I replace the AccelerationStrategy property value in the MefShapeGame class?
